Submission Requirements
Authors are requested to fulfil the following essential criteria before submitting their manuscript to ensure a seamless review process without unnecessary delays. Please ensure that your submission adheres to the following guidelines:
- Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
- Each submission must be accompanied by a cover letter. Details regarding the cover letter are provided below.
- The manuscript should be formatted in a single-column layout, using Cambria font, 10-point size.
- The text structure should be kept clear and straightforward.
- Equations and formulas should be legible and preferably created using an equation editor such as MathType.
- Figures and images should be of high resolution, ideally 300 dpi.
- There is no word limit, but the total number of pages should not exceed 40.
- The number of references should be limited to 50, and citation numbers must be incorporated within the main text.
- References should follow the MLA citation style.
- The combined number of Figures, Tables, and Graphs should be kept below 15.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Cover Letter
Sciconx requires the corresponding author to submit a cover letter explaining why the manuscript is suitable for publication in Sciconx. The cover letter should list all contributing authors (preferably with their signatures) and confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere for consideration. If the author is a student, prior approval from the respective institution or department is required before submission.

Title
The title should be clear, precise, and relevant to the topic. Avoid abbreviations and ensure that the title is formatted in title case (capitalize all words except prepositions, articles, and conjunctions). Scientific/botanical names should be italicized.
Author Names and Affiliations
- Provide the full names of all authors.
- The corresponding author's name should be marked with an asterisk (*).
- The corresponding author's contact details (Name, Affiliation, Email, Telephone, and Fax) should be included.
- Affiliation details should mention the Department, University/Institution, City, State, and Country for all authors.
Abstract and Keywords
- The abstract should provide a concise summary of the article in no more than 350 words.
- It should highlight the core content of the study without citations or abbreviations (unless unavoidable).
- Include 4-6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
Abbreviations
All abbreviations used in the manuscript should be defined in a separate section under the heading "Abbreviations."
Headings
Authors should provide clear and appropriate headings for the content. Numbering the headings is recommended for better readability.
Units and Symbols
- Follow the International System of Units (SI Units).
- Symbols such as alpha (α), beta (β), mu (µ), and pi (π) should be used as appropriate.
Figures
- High-resolution figures (minimum 300 dpi) should be provided.
- All figures must be cited in the text, and authors should indicate their placement within the manuscript.
- Figure captions should be listed in sequence at the end of the manuscript.
- Previously copyrighted images should not be included unless explicit written permission is obtained from the copyright holder under CCAL licensing.
Tables
- Tables should be included within the text at the end of the manuscript.
- Each table must have an appropriate caption for clarity.
Acknowledgments
- Individuals who contributed to the work but are not listed as authors should be acknowledged.
- The nature of their contribution should be specified.
- Authors must ensure that all acknowledged individuals have no objections to their names being mentioned.
References
- Cite only published manuscripts in the reference list.
- References should be listed sequentially at the end of the document.
Copyrights
The content published by Sciconx is protected under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The corresponding author is granted the rights to make necessary revisions and will act as the guarantor of the manuscript on behalf of all authors. Sciconx provides open access to all published content, allowing users to utilize the data for legitimate, non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and ownership rights are acknowledged.

Author receives 1st acknowledgement mail within 24 hours of submission regarding receipt of article (In case you don't receive an acknowledgement mail, please mail us to editor@sciconx.com
Author receives 2nd acknowledgement mail providing article reference ID
